Mario's getting a year less younger... so very soon we'll be able to get back at him for mocking me and my friend's 30th birthdays these past few years. Heh.

Aliens. My, my, what do busy little aliens do when they're busy being little aliens? They enter our lives.

.Aliens enter our lives to be taken to our leader, and laugh when we show them W. Good joke, they say. Now take us to your leader.

Read it at Fortean Bureau-- Aliens Enter the Conversation by Greg Beatty. Read it and laugh on the outside and cry a little on the inside when you picture aliens looking at us like the little talking monkeys that we are.

I've been trying Mozilla's Firefox browser for a few days now. It's pretty decent, and the fact that it can put the pages I'm seeing on tabs rather than on new windows, is really useful too. Less cluttering of the taskbar. No sinister pop-ups or spyware applications being installed thanks to Microsoft's embedding of their browser functions within their operating system (now what in the 9 levels of Hell were they thinking???).

Damned browser hijackers...

I had my browser hijacked for two days. Some stupid pop-up downloaded several Spyware files and started running a few process in order to scare me into ... wait for drumroll... buying their Spyware-removal tools.

I dont believe it. That's what I call cynicism. "If you don't buy our product, some nasty people may royally fuck up your computer. Let us give you an example". And then the popups start appearing, my CD drive starts to open and close on its own, and my default homepage is now pointing to that company's homepage.

I won't put the page here. Merely by opening it, you're downloading their spyware and messing up your browser. Danger, Will Robinson! Stay away!

Luckily for me, Lavasoft's Adaware helped me to repair the damage done. I can't recommend it enough! Go, download it now!
